This Privacy Policy describes how S R OILS (referred to as "SRO", "we", "us", or "our", including affiliates and group entities) collects, processes, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the Super Ustaad mobile application (“SRO Platforms”) either directly or via authorised retailers.

1. Services Covered

Through the SRO Platforms, we provide the following services:

• Mechanic and garage registration.
• Loyalty rewards through coupon scanning and redemption in cash or gifts.
• Customer support and service complaint management.
• Self-service features for user profile management and account settings.

2. Definition of Personal Information

"Personal Information" refers to any data that can directly or indirectly identify an individual. This includes—but is not limited to—names, contact details, and financial information. "Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI)" includes more private data such as passwords, financial records, biometric data, and Aadhaar numbers.

By using the SRO Platforms, you voluntarily provide this information and consent to its collection, usage, and disclosure in line with this Privacy Policy. If you provide third-party data, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

• Self-registration on the SRO Platforms.
• Assisted registration via SRO teams, dealers, or retailers.
• Migration from existing SRO systems.
• Interactions via social media, IVRS, WhatsApp, or other integrated platforms.
• Your purchase activity at SRO-authorised retail counters.

4. Categories of Information We Collect

In addition to the personal information listed earlier, we now collect location data as part of our efforts to enhance transparency, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. The types of information collected include (but are not limited to):

• Name and demographic information
• Email address and mobile number
• Business registration and KYC documents (e.g., PAN, Aadhaar)
• Payment and bank account details
• Purchase and subsidy records
• IP address, browser type, device identifiers
• Interaction history with SRO support channels
• Real-time location data
• Any other information voluntarily provided by you

5. Purpose of Collection and Usage of Personal Information

• Location Tracking for Compliance and Security: We now collect precise location data (via GPS or network-based methods) at the time of user registration and coupon scanning, as required under updated Google Play Store policies to:
  • Verify genuine redemption activity
  • Prevent fraudulent claims and fake locations
  • Ensure region-specific rewards and promotions are fairly distributed

This access is granted only with your explicit in-app permission, and you will be prompted accordingly by your device.

6. Sharing and Transfer of Data

No change required here, but implicit handling of location data is already covered under "Third Party Service Providers" and "Technical Services" clauses.

7. Your Rights

• Access & Modify: Review, correct or update your personal data via the app.
• Withdraw Consent: Choose not to share specific data or revoke previously given consent. Note that withdrawal may affect your access to certain services.

Important: We are not liable for actions or negligence by third-party platforms, government entities, or due to external factors like hacking or system failures beyond our reasonable control.

10. Handling of Sensitive Data

All sensitive data, including your location information, is handled with strict confidentiality and only for the purposes stated in this policy. We ensure such data is encrypted and accessible only to authorised personnel or systems.

You may choose to disable location access at your discretion; however, doing so may limit functionality such as coupon scanning and successful registration.

SRO Platforms may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites. Please read their privacy policies before use.

12. Retailer Responsibilities

If a retailer assists with your registration, they are responsible for:

• Informing you of the purpose behind data collection.
• Collecting accurate and updated data for app profile creation.
• Retaining data only as needed and using it solely for registration purposes.
• Ensuring data security during the collection and upload process.

13. Updates to the Privacy Policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy as services evolve. Changes will be updated on the app, and continued use of the SRO Platforms indicates your acceptance. If you disagree with any updates, you may contact us to delete your data and deactivate your account.
